PC Technician/Analyst
Responsibilities:
 | Troubleshoot, diagnose, upgrade and repair MS Windows
XP/VISTA/7
based personal computers and peripheral equipment. |
| Setup, install, configure, and maintain MS Windows based
hardware and software including: |
| Dialup, DSL, and cable Internet connections and e-mail. |
| Wireless and wired routers, hubs and switches; PCI, &
PCMCIA cards. |
| Simple Peer-to-peer networks which include file, folder,
Internet, & printer sharing. |
| Some website design, creation, and publication. |
| Some software application training. |
Qualifications:
| Exceptionally skilled with troubleshooting & repairing MS Windows
Operating Systems XP, VISTA, & 7. |
| Must know how to troubleshoot, repair, or replace PC hardware
components. |
| Must be comfortable dealing with viruses, spyware, & malware. |
| Skilled with Internet & basic LAN setup (wired & wireless). |
| Comfortable with installation & configuration of applications and
drivers. |
| Must be a power user of common desktop applications such MS Office. |
| The applicant must be a team player; has good communication
skills and lots of patience. |
| Must have a valid driver's license and own a reliable vehicle. |

Job Classification:
Part-time & Full-time
Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm
Rate of Pay:
$10-$15 Plus Benefits
